I’ve now watched the entire
documentary “The Thinking Game.” I actually wasn’t aware until now that “AGI” (Action for Intelligent Applications) has been DeepMind’s stated goal since its founding. One thing you have to give Google credit for: making the documentary freely available was a smart move. It strongly reinforces the conviction that Google might just be number one in the race for the future of AI. Highly recommend watching it. An exceptionally good documentary for anyone interested in AI.
